We create original printable learning and creative activities for children aged 2–12, parents, teachers and grown-ups. If you find a problem or have feedback, please tell us using the form below.
You can report a broken file, incorrect or unclear content, an accessibility concern, a copyright matter or a safety issue. Feedback about your experience is also welcome. Clear details help us understand and review the matter more quickly.
We review reports submitted through the form and may contact you if we need more information. For general support, our team usually replies within one working day during support hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST.
Complaints handled by our Grievance Officer are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, in line with applicable DPDP, IT Rules and E-Commerce Rules requirements.
When reporting a problem, please describe what happened and identify the relevant activity, page or file. If you are reporting a safety, copyright or accessibility concern, include the details needed for us to understand the issue and review it appropriately.
