These Terms of Use apply to earlyactivity.com and the Early Activity app, operated by Dotdunia Technologies, HIG 443, 6th Phase KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500085, India. By creating an account or buying from Early Activity, you agree to these terms.
Early Activity (EarlyActivity) provides original printable learning and creative activities for children aged 2–12, parents, teachers and grown-ups. These include colouring pages, worksheets, puzzles, stories, flashcards, crafts, seasonal packs and grown-up colouring. The brand was established in 2022. Lumi the owl is Early Activity’s mascot.

Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Each account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
You may delete your account at any time in My Account.
We may suspend accounts used for scraping, sharing files publicly, fraud or abuse.
Free downloads and fair use
Free accounts can download up to 20 different printables per day. Re-downloading the same printable on the same day does not count as an additional download.
Early Activity Plus members can download up to 200 items per day under fair use. Plus is not unlimited. Automated downloading is not allowed.
Using our printables
Our printables are provided under the applicable Early Activity licence. The licence permits personal and household use, and use by one teacher in that teacher’s own class.
You may not resell, re-upload or share the files.
Purchases and digital products
The Early Activity shop sells printable books and mega bundles as digital PDF downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Prices are shown in full before you pay. Digital products are available in My Library right after payment.
Payments in Indian rupees are processed through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Payments in US dollars are processed through PayPal.
Refunds follow the applicable refund policy.
Early Activity Plus
Early Activity Plus is an optional membership. In India, the price is ₹199 per month, with the first month at ₹99 for new members, or ₹999 per year. Elsewhere, the price is US$4.99 per month, with the first month at US$1.99 for new members, or US$29.99 per year.
Plus includes no ads, up to 200 downloads per day under fair use, whole collections in one PDF, one monthly pack credit and 15% off the shop.
Plus renews automatically until you cancel. Refunds follow the applicable refund policy.
Content ownership
All artwork, text, characters, including Lumi, and files belong to Early Activity or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Early Activity content to you.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available and the files correct. However, the service and files are provided “as is”.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Consumer rights and regional protection
These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law, including the laws and consumer protections applicable in India.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of your local consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will go to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, in accordance with the applicable requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
