These terms explain the price, billing, renewal and cancellation of EarlyActivity Plus, an optional membership from Early Activity.
Early Activity (earlyactivity.com) is a brand of Dotdunia Technologies, established in 2010. Early Activity was established in 2022.

Dotdunia Technologies is registered at HIG 443, 6th Phase KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500085, India.
Early Activity provides original printable learning and creative activities for children aged 2–12, parents, teachers and grown-ups. Its activities include colouring pages, worksheets, puzzles, stories, flashcards, crafts, seasonal packs and grown-up colouring. Lumi the owl is the brand’s mascot.

Plus prices
EarlyActivity Plus costs the following:
- India: ₹199 per month, with the first month at ₹99 for new members, or ₹999 per year.
- Elsewhere: US$4.99 per month, with the first month at US$1.99 for new members, or US$29.99 per year.
- The price, renewal date and amount are shown before you pay. Taxes, if any, are included in the price shown.
First-month offer
New members who have not had Plus before pay the first-month price for the first month of the monthly plan. The plan then renews at the regular monthly price.
Automatic renewal and payment
Plus renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
Yearly members receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Payments in Indian rupees are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay supports UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Payments in US dollars are processed by PayPal.
What Plus includes
Plus provides the following benefits:
- No ads.
- Up to 200 downloads a day, subject to fair use. This is not unlimited.
- Download all: download a whole collection as one PDF.
- One free pack credit each month for a shop pack priced up to ₹99 or US$4.99.
- Unused pack credits carry over up to a maximum of 3.
- Yearly members receive 2 bonus credits.
- 15% off in the shop.
- Member-only bonus pages.
Cancelling Plus
You can cancel at any time in My Account → Plus. For US$ plans, you can also cancel in your PayPal account.
After cancellation, Plus remains active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Unused pack credits expire when Plus ends. Products you have claimed or bought remain yours.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and retry the payment.
Plus continues until the end of the paid period. After that, Plus pauses until the payment succeeds.
Price changes
If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Please see our Refund Policy for the applicable refund terms.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not want and have not used Plus since that charge, write to us within 7 days.
Support and complaints
Support is available Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST. We usually reply within one working day.
For complaints in India, contact the Grievance Officer using the details below. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction.
